Mr Stavarache was granted FCI All Breeds judging status in 1995 and has since officiated at Championships Shows throughout Europe, Scandinavia and Asia, including Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, Russia, Hungary, Yugoslavia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, Greece and Indonesia to name some. Fluent in French and English.
