Has been involved in Labradors as breeder, exhibitor and now Judge for over 25 years. Been judging since 1989 and has judged throughout Canada, in the United States, Australia, Hong Kong and Venezuela. He and his wife Judy have been breeding Labrador Retrievers since 1977 and have bred over 60 Canadian champions. He is presently licensed to judge all class in obedience. Has written articles on Labs, conformation judging, ethics in the dog fancy, is a columnist for DIC and has contributed books on the Labrador Retriever.
