�eljka was born in 1949 in Slovenia. She started with Black Giant Schnauzers in her kennel Gremarti in 1971. She later shared her life with German Shepherd Dogs, Dobermans, Dalmatians and Pepper and Salt Schnauzers. She is an international judge for the FCI Groups 2, 3, 4 and 5 and she also judges Junior Handling competitions a lot. She has judged in 28 different countries. She is a founder of the Slovenian Junior Handling, and has given many seminars at home and abroad, also in China. �eljka founded the Schnauzer Pincher Club in Slovenia and has been President of this club for 16 years. She has been a President of the Commission for Dogs and Child and an Honour President for the Slovenian Junior Handling. She is a regular columnist of some magazines and since 2001 a Substitute Chief Editor of Kinolog magazine. �eljka translated "The Encyclopedia of the Dog" by B. Fogle into Slovenian. �eljka speaks several languages, and is president of The junior handling commission, president of the Schnauzer Club in Slovenia, official advisor for junior handling and handling at CNKC (Chinese Kennel Club).
