Sharon has been judging since 1983, and started exhibiting in 1964, breeding her first litter in 1965. She has been a BreederExhibitor of Chinese Crested Dogs since 1998, but started in Irish Setters, breeding six best In Show winners. Sharon, with husband Charles, also won Best In Shows with their English Setter bitch (her dam was imported in whelp from England ), one Borzoi dog and two co-owned Afghan Hound dogs, for a grand total of 10 "Best In Shows" on dogs, owned by them. She has judged in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Campe Grande, Columbia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Finland, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Mexico, New Zealand, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Rio de Janeiro, Thailand and USA, including Alaska & Hawaii. She has also judged in all 10 Canadian provinces, from one end of Canada (Victoria, BC) to the other (Harbour Grace, NFLD).
