Mr. Kimura has been an all breeds judge with the Japan Kennel Club since 1975 and an FCI All Breeds judge since 1983. He has been involved in breeding Wire Fox Terriers, Shih Tzu, and Yorkshire Terriers as well as English and Irish Setters. Mr. Kimura's first judging appointment in Australia in many years was at Sydney Royal 2008.
