Arnaldo was born in Valencia, Venezuela 1956. He has been an All Breeds Judge since 1998 by Federación Canina de Venezuela, recognized by F.C.I. He has judged at International and National shows in such countries as Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Guatemala, Cuba, Puerto Rico and Spain. Professional Handler since 1979. Breeder of Whippets, American Cocker and Golden Retriever. Obtained several championships and B.I.S. He has owned Pekingese, one of them Best of Breed at The Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show. He also is an Orchids and Bonsai collector, winning prizes in his country. Member of Canine Federation of Venezuela (F.C.V.) and active member of Canine Association of Carabobo. (A.C.D.C.).
