Denise bought her first Samoyed in 1973 and has been passionate about the breed ever since. She has imported Samoyeds from America and England which started off Annan Samoyeds in the early 1970's who over the next three decades won BIS in Zimbabwe and South Africa. Over the last few years Denise started active showing and breeding with imports from Australia and Canada. In South Africa she is qualified to judge at championship level Working, Herding, Gundogs and Utility (Australian Groups 3, 5, 6 & 7) plus BIS, and is presently a learner judge for the Toy and Hound Groups.
