Cathy is a third generation dog exhibitor. Her grandfather bred and exhibited English Setters. Her father assisted in handling them as well as helping his Aunts who exhibited Irish Setters and English Cockers. Cathy has been breeding and exhibiting Cairn Terriers for 44 years. During this time she has bred or exhibited 13 Supreme Champions 28 Grand Champions and over 130 Champions. She has bred 24 Best in Show All Breed and Many Specialty winners. She is presently licensed for All Groups.
She has judged the Terrier Specialty in all states of Australia as well as in New Zealand, Canada and Sweden. She has also judged all groups around Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States, South Korea, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, China, Thailand and the Philippines.
