Born on 6th May 1952 in the erstwhile state of Patiala, his late father had the privilege to serve on personal staff of late H. H. Sir Bhupendra Singh & late H. H. Sir, Yadvindra Singh. After finishing his education he joined Markfed, Punjab (biggest co-operative organization of Asia). After putting in 30 years of service he retired as a Field Officer. Being brought up in a family of royal tastes he has kept dogs since childhood. Started showing dogs actively from 1978. Founder member of Tri Star Kennel Club, Ambala and Chandigarh Kennel Club, Chandigarh. Life Member of Kennel Club of India of India since 1984. Acquired the prefixaffix of Marshal's in May 1982 and bred over a dozen champions in Labradors. Bred high quality of GSD's including CH. Cupid of Marshals which went Best Bred in India Dog of the year 1995 and defeated all the German Imports in his peak of career. Bred CH. Adonis of Marshal's Tibetan Mastiff who won 32 CC's and 4 RCC's and many times went on the board and Best Bred in India dog. Also bred champions in Greater German Spitz and Dachshund Standard Smooth. Still has Labradors, Boxers and Dachshund's. Being an animal lover also founder of S.P.C.A. Chandigarh. Actively judging in India since 2004. Patron of Y.M.C.A. Chandigarh. Actively associated with Alliance Francaise "Le Corbusier" de Chandigarh and above all a Freemason of long standing.
