Joyce started with German Shepherd Dogs in the 1970s and has since owned Champions in OES, Briards, Tibetan Terriers and Australian Shepherd Dogs. Passed for All Breeds by Irish Kennel Club, FCI and American Kennel Club. Together with her husband, Des (also an FCI All-Breeds judge), Joyce owns and publishes Ireland's canine newspaper IRISH CANINE PRESS.
