EADIE, Mr David H Ontario,
Dave, a retired police officer, and his wife bred Pembroke Welsh Corgis under the Crossland prefix for nearly 30 years, with many champions to their credit in Canada and elsewhere. During his involvement with their breed Dave served as President andor secretary on the executives of both the P.W.C.A. (C) and the Oakville and District Kennel Club. In addition, for several years now, in an effort to promote canine knowledge and to encourage upcoming judging candidates, he has been closely involved as a director with the Central Ontario Judge's Study Group, arranging and running educational seminars. These have proven to be very successful, providing aspiring judges with insight into a wide selection of CKC recognised breeds as well as some of the less well-known or rare breeds. Since 1990, Dave has been honoured to judge many times in Canada, the USA, Scotland, Ireland, Cuba, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Australia and Mexico, and has also several times been invited to judge "Rare Breeds" in Canada and the US (i.e. breeds which are working towards recognition).
