Colin has Beagles, Bassets, Bloodhounds, Basset Fauve De Bretagne, Irish Wolfhounds, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Dachshunds, Whippets, Saluki & Portuguese Waterdogs. The Buttermere Kennel was established in the early eighties. Prior to this Colin owned the affix Babblebrook for a number of years. Colin is an International Championship show judge of Beagles and Bloodhounds, also Green Stars in Beagles, Basenjis, Deerhounds and all coats of Dachshunds. He judges B.I.S. varieties and all groups at Open Show level . He has judged frequently in the UK at championship shows and in Europe at international shows. He has judged in Switzerland, Belgium, Holland, Czech Republic, Australia, Jersey, Southern & Northern Ireland, Denmark and Poland.
