KAEMLING, Mr Karsten British Columbia,
Karsten's background is in Terriers, having exhibited the Airedale and Sealyham Terriers under his "Narration" prefix, but he has also owned and loved an Afghan Hound and a Lhasa Apso. An avid dog fancier, he has also been a working member for canine clubs and associations in Ontario and currently in British Columbia. As much as he enjoys showing in the conformation ring, Karsten and his dogs can also be found at Terrier digs and den trials too. Karsten has also published numerous articles in the "Dogs in Canada" magazine as well as in other international canine magazines. Most recently Karsten is featured in the August 2008, "Terrier Type" magazine, having written on the origin of the Cesky Terrier. He has also given numerous education and information seminars to fellow judges and fanciers throughout the country. He has judged dogs in Canada, the U.S.A., and in Germany. In 2005, Karsten judged the "CAC-Terrier-Show OG Berliner Himmelhunde" National Terrier-Show in Berlin, and in 2006 Karsten judged the Dandie Dinmont Terrier Club of Canada National Specialty in Toronto, Ontario with an entry of 59 Dandies.
