FCI all rounder and SV (Germany) German Shepherd Specialty judge. Founder & Honorary President of the Panama Kennel Club (Club Canino de Panama) (presently Vice Pres.) Has judged in Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, Austria, Switzerland, Puerto Rico, Sweden, Finland, Slovakia & Hungary. Representative of all FCI General Assembly meetings since 1974, member of the FCI Standard Commission for 8 years and is presently member of the FCI Judges Commission.
