Dagmar, born in 1975, started her kynological life training and working with dogs in obedience and agility. Due to her work and for personal reasons, at the end of the 90's she became an active member of the Romanian Toy Club, the Serbian Kennel Club, and soon after this also a breeder in the German Club for Toy breeds. At current writing, Dagmar Klein is a breeder of Papillons under the FCI prefix Ponda's, but her time is mainly dedicated to seminars for handlers of toy breeds in several countries, especially in Germany and Romania. Many International and National Champions of the breed Papillon have been bred or owned by Ponda's Kennel, some of them have become Champions, Top Papillon's or Papillon of the Year in Germany, Romania and other European countries. Today Dagmar is an active judge of the Romanian Kennel Club for the FCI Groups 1, 2, 5 and 9. She has judged in Bulgaria, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Sweden and Ukraina.
