Duncan awards challenge certificates in Bull Terriers in the UK and has been passed and awarded challenge certificates in Bull Terriers and Miniature Bull Terriers in Australia. He has been involved with Bull Terriers since 1987. Been on a committee since 1989 and was chairman for 13 years for The North East of England Bull Terrier Club. Duncan bred and owned his first champion from his first ever litter. She was Champion Malican Blink Bonny, born in 1989. He currently owns Champion Kilacabar Kiss Kiss at Malican who was the top winning Bull Terrier Bitch 2006 in the UK. Duncan judged his first championship show for the Scottish Kennel Club 2005 and judged the Windsor Dog Show 2007. He also judged in Poland 2008 and in Australia (Victoria) in 2009.
